Zeid Projects worked closely with our client to build this modern townhouse in Newport, West Melbourne. Featuring high-end finishes and sophisticated details throughout, we delivered the project to a level that exceeded the client’s expectations.
Our work on the kitchen zone saw us integrate European engineered floorboards with Polytec joinery and double-sided storage on a powered island bench to create a highly functional and attractive food preparation space

This project saw us obtain all necessary approvals and create a new healthcare clinic on a strict budget and timeframe.
Zeid Projects assisted My Podiatry Health with a complete redesign of its health clinic, helping its highly trained clinicians offer their trademark thorough service, individualised care and tailored solutions to quickly and effectively treat foot and lower limb pain.
Zeid obtained all council approvals and ensured My Podiatry Health complied with all medical standards. We also ensured the most efficient use of space for treatment rooms, waiting area and reception, while still creating a comfortable and stylish environment.

We helped obtain all council approvals and create the identity for this new cafe in West Footscray.
Zeid Projects helped create a sun-filled, bright and spacious cafe creating a relaxed space to serve tasty food and delicious coffee.
We managed the project from inception, including assisting the The Western Brew team with all council approvals. We also provided value management for the cafe, heavily contributing to custom finishes such as epoxy floorings for this ‘out of the box’ design.
The end result is a modern environment where you can choose to sit inside and let the morning sun pour through the giant windows or pull up a chair out the front.

Every detail mattered on this unique residential new build, which we personally delivered to a strict timeline and budget.
Nestled in the up-and-coming suburb of Newport, this new build features high-end inclusions throughout, including timber floorboards, solid stone benchtops, LED-lit splashbacks, steel black tapware, quality integrated appliances, fireplace, custom built-in robes, an abundance of streamlined soft-close cabinetry, and a fully irrigated, maintenance-free gardens.
Zeid delivered this high quality build within the project’s strict budget and timeframe. We personally managed the project, ensuring quality milestones were achieved at every stage of construction.

This project saw us help Notorious expand its footprint with a complete renovation – while enabling the cafe to continue trading.
Werribee’s Notorious Espresso’s expansion into the neighbouring space included a full renovation of the existing space and expansion into a neighbouring tenancy.
Zeid project managed the renovation, creating a modern, comfortable seating area while maintaining operations throughout the construction period. Over a period of four months, we created a whole new welcoming setting for patrons and staff, while minimising downtime for the cafe and ensuring their customers could still get their daily coffee in comfort.
