Our founders, Ali and Ouss Abou-Zeid, have years of experience working within some of Australia’s leading building companies – contributing to many of the structures that form Melbourne’s iconic skyline. They bring a ‘no compromises’ approach to project delivery, no matter how big or small the job.
We hold a full suite of domestic and commercial accreditations, including membership of Master Builders Australia. We are proud of our reputation for quality delivery. That’s why almost 70% of our current clients use us for repeat work and refer us to their friends.

OUR TEAM
Ouss
Director Ouss is a registered builder with a Bachelors Degree in Construction Management. Well known throughout Melbourne, he has worked on many projects in sectors such as apartment blocks, townhouses, retail spaces, aviation and mixed use developments.
He has undertaken a variety of roles both on and off the tools – including stints as a foreman and leading hand, where he gained valuable insight into best practices.
Ali
Director/Construction Manager Ali’s experience runs across both civil engineering and construction. This includes major builders such as BMD Group and Hutchinson.
Ali has over 13 years of experience in the construction industry and has a strong financial and contractual background managing head and subcontractor contracts as well as stakeholders such as clients, authorities, designers, engineers and surveyors from design development through to handover and training.
Rabeea Elaz
Project Manager Rabeea has more than 10 years experience with builders and engineers such as Hutchinson, Amnicon and Blueprint, supported by a First Class Honours degree in Engineering from RMIT and specialises in engineering, designing and drafting of projects.
Rabeea has delivered projects from residential to major commercial projects, civil, schools, office developments and sports centres.
